Payment and Cancelation Policy:
If registration was accepted payment should be effectuated within 5 days as detailed in the first confirmation letter. In case of no payment the registration and the confirmation can be cancelled. In case of payment difficulties or special requests please contact organizers. In case of cancelation by participant due to unforeseen medical difficulties only a 95% refund will be possible until the 5th of August. In case of cancelation after the 6th of August direct refund will not be possible only if a substitute form the waiting list or a recommended participant (same role and accepted by organizers) will reimburse the participation fee. In case of event cancelation due to various acts of God the participation fee will be automatically transferred to the next event with the same refund policy as above.
