Using colgadas technic in social dance as a dynamic and fun way to find space into the couple

The research for basic and yet simple tools to use them in order to fortify the development of complex dynamics.
How to identify the pillars of movement, to learn them, make them natural and then forget them.
Through the study of concrete technical, tools (such as speed, dynamics, directions, combination of sequences)
The aim of this workshop is to provide dancers with tools on how to trigger and cultivate their creative skills and develop their very own way of feeling and dancing tango, in order to reach and let out increased musicality, balance and expressivity in the dancing couple.
How to walk/move together ? How the consciousness of the different phases and qualities of movement create a deep connexion in the dancing couple.
How independance of movement of leader as well as follower, is the base for a constant communication in the dance, creating a continuous and constant flow and dialogue between them.
The concept of « back-leading » : study of the activity of the follower, how to listen mutually to the interpretation of partner.

During these class we will work on the logic of the turns made in close embrace and in limited space.
During these class we will work the three different dances from Rio de la Plata (Tango, Vals and Milonga). We will analyze the rhythmical structures in order to recognize and interpret musical structures in the dances in question, between rhythm, melody and pauses. Creating easily a logic and dynamic flow in our dance.
